Below are the basic requirements for prospective employees and a description of the position. Fun Fore All Family Fun Park is open year round and is always accepting applications, but due to the nature of our business, our greatest need for employees falls between March and September.

Current Positions Available


Outside Attractions Attendant (Part-Time)
The Outside Attractions Attendant member is responsible for providing an excellent guest service experience while operating the outside attractions. He/She must provide a safe and fun environment for all guests. He/She must be hardworking, safety conscious and reliable who enjoys working outdoors. He/She will assist all guests by providing information, responding to requests in a courteous manner, offers assistance when needed, and answers general questions the guests may have about the park.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold company’s core values.
• Comply with all policies and procedures for all of the attractions they may be working.
• Operate any/all of the attractions throughout the park as needed.
• Ensure attractions are working properly at all times:
      • Being proactive to identify any safety issues/communicating to Assistant Manager.
• Following all safety and ride requirements at each attraction:
      • Enforce policies specific to the attractions and will be in charge to what guests can bring on, what they must wear to ride.
• Ensure that all the attractions are clean and sanitized regularly.
• Complete various projects around FFA to enhance the experience to our guests.

A CANDIDATE MUST

• Be at least 16-years-old.
• Possess a positive and fun attitude.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic.
• Be honest and dependable.
• Enjoy interacting with people, especially young children.
• Must be available weekday evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week.
• Able to lift a minimum of 45lbs. unassisted.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.


Outside Go-Kart Track Attendant (Part-Time)
The Outside Go-Kart Track Attendant member is responsible for providing an excellent guest service experience while operating the Go-Kart Track.  He/She must be hardworking, safety conscious and reliable who enjoys working outdoors.  He/She will assist all guests by providing information, responding to requests in a courteous manner, offers assistance when needed, and answers general questions the guests may have about the park. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold company’s core values.
• Entire operation of the go-kart track.
• Ensure that all opening, closing and during operation policies and processes are being followed.
• Communicating any safety concerns or issues with the Pit Boss to remedy.
• Following all safety and ride requirements at each attraction:
• Enforce policies specific to the attractions and will be in charge to what guests can bring on, what they must wear to ride.
• Complete various projects given by the Outside Shift Leader.
• Knowledge of Kart Commander.
• Ensuring that the track is clean for the guests to enjoy.

A CANDIDATE MUST

• Be energetic and enthusiastic.
• Be honest and dependable.
• Enjoy interacting with people, especially young children.
• Must be available weekday evenings and weekends.

• Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. unassisted.
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate one/all of our rides and attractions throughout the park as needed.
• Ensure attractions are working properly at all times:
• Being proactive to identify any safety issues/communicating to Assistant Manager.
• Following all safety and ride requirements at each attraction:
• Enforce policies specific to the attractions and will be in charge to what guests can bring on, what they must wear to ride.
• Ensure that all the attractions are clean and sanitized regularly.
• Complete various projects around FFA to enhance the experience to our guests.

Inside Counter Staff (Part-Time)
The Inside Counter Staff member is responsible for providing an excellent guest service experience to everyone who visits Fun Fore All.  He/She will have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as being the first person our guests will encounter when entering Fun Fore All.  He/She will be responsible for completing all transactions for our guests as well as providing general upkeep of the Arcade/Dining Area/Restrooms.  He/She will assist all guests by providing information, responding to requests in a courteous manner, offers assistance when needed, and answers general questions the guests may have about the park.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold company’s core values.
• Provide extraordinary guest service from the time a guest enters the park until the time they leave:
      • Assisting each guest on how the Fun Cards work.
      • The difference between Time Play Passes, Indoor Play Pass, and Bonus Play Passes.
      • General directions on the layout of the park.
      • Assisting or directing to supervisors if they are needed.
• Being able to complete all transactions for Food, Arcade, and Outside Attractions in an effective and efficient manner.
• Being able to take incoming calls and answers any questions potential guests may have.
• Knowledge and extraordinary work ethic in the following areas:
      • Being able to operate the XD Dark Ride.
      • Ensure proper upkeep to the restrooms (check each restroom AT LEAST once every hour).
      • Following proper procedures/policies for completing the transaction in our Prize Store software.
      • Arcade Tech:
            • Continually test all games to ensure they are working properly, issuing the proper amount of tickets.
            • Communicate with Operations Managers if issues occur.
      • General upkeep of the arcade/dining area:
            • Cleaning tables, chairs, floors, resetting each table with napkins, salt & pepper, and promotional material.
• Complete various projects around Fun Fore All to enhance the experience for our guests.

Kitchen Staff Members (Part-Time)
The Kitchen Staff Member is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Leader in the preparation of all food and beverage items at Fun Fore All.  He/She will be required to follow all ServeSafe protocols as well as all Fun Fore All policies for portion control and food safety.  He/She must have basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.  He/She must have extraordinary attention to detail and ability to work quickly/efficiently to handle the food orders. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold company’s core values.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations:
      • Handling all food rushes, including special events/parties/groups.
      • Preparing items in advance (cooking to the warmer) when directed by Kitchen Leader.
      • Ensuring all perishable items are updated with the proper expiration dates.
• Overall cleanliness of the entire kitchen:
      • All food prep areas.
      • Detail cleaning of all equipment in the kitchen.
      • Fridge compartments are to ServeSafe standards.
• Consistency of plating each menu item to our guests:
      • Consistency with each food order.
      • Only cooking the exact number ordered by the guests, unless cooking to the warmer is directed.
      • Working on several different orders simultaneously.
      • Following cooking processes to ensure proper portions are used.
      • Following direction of Kitchen Leader for any other prep orders that need completed for the day.
